Every strategist has a few opinions they’ll never back down from and these are mine.

Not because they’re controversial but because I’ve seen what happens when businesses ignore them.

✨ Your backend is part of your brand.
✨ Customer experience starts before onboarding.
✨ Instagram is a marketing channel—not your client management system.
✨ Consistency builds trust faster than perfection.
✨ The goal isn’t just getting more enquiries; it’s building a business that can confidently handle them.

Will everyone agree? ❌ Probably not.And that’s okay.

The best conversations often start with different perspectives.
So tell me...Which one do you agree with the most and which one would you challenge? 👀

❌ Most founders think their brand starts with their logo.

🚨NEWSFLASH - it doesn’t.

Your clients experience your business long before they ever form an opinion about your visual identity.

They notice...

✨How easy it was to enquire.
✨Whether they had to chase you for a reply.
✨If booking felt seamless or stressful.
✨Whether they always knew what came next.

That’s what helps to form your brand.

A premium brand isn’t just created by choosing the perfect colour palette or typography. It’s built through hundreds of small moments that make people think, ”That was effortless.”

Your visual identity sets expectations while your client experience either keeps that promise or breaks it.

So here’s a question for you:

If someone experienced your business today, what would they remember more—your logo or your process?

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

‼️ The real reason your VA hire didn’t work? It wasn’t the wrong person. It was the wrong time.

When you have no structure, its hard for the right person to work within. There is nothing wrong with hiring a VA but hiring a VA (or even a OBM) before fixing your backend foundation doesn’t solve the problem, it multiplies it.

If your systems are a mess (or your systems don’t even exist), then your VA will inherit that mess. And then they’re managing a brand AND the chaos.

→ So before hiring again, check out this basic checklist on what actually needs to happen first.

✨ Ready to reset or not sure if your ready to hire your VA? Book your brand experience audit today and get your brand operating as good as it looks💻

The thing no one wants to say in a room full of successful-looking founders: Your brand looks stunning but your systems are trash🙈

Not because you’re doing it wrong. Because you were never given the right design to begin with.

➡️ Swipe through — especially if you’ve ever had a week where your client experience was only as good as your energy levels.

And yes, that’s a gap but one you can fix. Drop CLARITY in the comments if this landed.

The story I was scared to tell but the one that has to be told! Almost four years ago I was a virtual assistant - Organised, reliable, good at what I did.

But something kept nagging at me. So many founders that I worked with or was in contact with had the same invisible problem. A beautiful brand and a back-end that couldn’t hold the weight of it.

I kept thinking someone needs to fix this and then it hit me that someone was me. I had the experience of seeing a brand from both sides and a creative one and that was the key 🔑.

I realised that the gap founders were feeling between how their brand looks and how it actually runs wasn’t a them problem, but a design problem. And that’s exactly what Virtually Bree Studios was built to close.

I went quiet🤫. Intentionally. Not because there was nothing to say — but because I needed to make sure that when I showed back up, everything I was offering was actually built to hold the people I was showing up for.

A few months ago, I stepped back from this space. Imposter syndrome had me second-guessing whether I was the right person to be saying the things I was saying. And honestly? I needed to get my own house in order before I could walk into yours.

Virtually Bree Studios has been through a full reset — the kind that required me to stop, sit with what I was actually called to do, and rebuild from that place. New brand, New direction and New clarity on exactly who I’m here for and what I’m here to do.

I had to strengthen the foundation and make sure that when I said I help founder-led brands close the gap between how they look and how they actually operate, I could back every word of that up.

And now I’M BACK!!💪🏾

Don’t get me wrong, this kind of reset takes courage. Because it means letting go of what was comfortable to step fully into what was always supposed to be.

Starting this week, I’m pulling back the curtain on what Virtually Bree Studios has now become, so stay tuned, save this post, and share it with a founder friend who needs a refresh this season.
