It was a pleasure to take part in the technical seminar of the Polish Association and share our report with the audience.

What we appreciated most was the reaction after the presentation: strong interest, thoughtful questions, and a truly lively discussion around the topic. For us, that is always the best sign — when the conversation continues beyond the slides.

Yet many production plants still rely on paper logs, operator notes, and end-of-shift reporting to understand what happened on the line.

QuatroPBC is not a single camera or a standalone device.
It is a set of components assembled into an integrated system for in-line product inspection.

The system includes:

• a frame with integrated measurement and vision sensors
• optical and sensing elements for geometry and surface inspection
• a control cabinet designed for shop-floor conditions
• a computing unit for data collection and pre-processing
• a processing server where analysis is performed and results are generated

The system is installed directly on the production line and operates in environments with dust, moisture, and variable lighting conditions.

Inspection is performed automatically and does not depend on shift changes or subjective human judgment.

All components operate in synchronization and serve clearly defined functions.
For this reason, QuatroPBC functions as part of the production process rather than as a standalone measurement device.
