We built this for adult patients. Paediatricians had other plans.
When we started showing the Cue Ring to clinicians, it was paediatric doctors who reacted the fastest — and the hardest. Not with polite interest. With: "how many of these can I buy today?"
They weren't wrong to push. Most patient can tell you when something is wrong, newborns can't. nICU babies are some of the most vulnerable patients in any hospital, and they're still monitored with tangles of wires that make it hard to even hold them.
We couldn't ignore that reaction. So we built NeoAlert — a version of our monitoring technology designed specifically for babies in intensive care.
Sometimes your customers tell you what to build before you know it yourself.
