Sometimes, a small upgrade can make a big difference to residents' everyday lives.

At Roman Road in Corby, a block of five flats has been upgraded from a basic audio-only intercom to our DD-02 Video Door Entry system, installed by AGS Tech.

The team even carried out a door knock after installation to make sure every resident was set up and ready to use the new system.

Now, instead of simply hearing who's at the door, residents can see who's calling before granting access – providing greater confidence, convenience and security.

A great project delivered for Amplius, supplied through Oprema, with support from ASM James Summerland. 👏

Working alongside Bamford Doors and Baydale, we recently completed an upgrade at Gregory Hood for Citizen, replacing an old basic audio-only system with our DD-02 Video Door Entry system.

Why the upgrade? Simple.

Instead of fixed, hardwired handsets, residents can now receive calls on the device that suits them best – whether that's a mobile phone, landline or through the free Intratone video app. That means greater flexibility, added convenience and the reassurance of seeing who's at the door before granting access.

With 15 years of SIM data included, it's a future-ready solution that's quick to install and easy to manage.

A great project delivered by Bamfords and Baydale, with support from our ASM James Summerland. 👏

For Pioneer Group, one of the standout features has been the Intratone management portal. Programming fobs takes just a few clicks, it's easy to keep track of what's happening across their properties, and managing contractor access is simple too.

Some projects are all about scale, and this is one of them.

Working alongside Fortus Glasgow and Northern Electrical Fire & Security, we've completed the upgrade of 30 apartment blocks for Gentoo Housing in Durham.

The project included:
✔️ SC-02 Video Door Entry systems installed across 30 blocks
✔️ 180 dwellings upgraded with a modern, secure intercom solution
✔️ A smoother, more reliable experience for both residents and housing teams

The best part? This is just the beginning.

Following the success of this project, we've secured the specification for 700 blocks to be upgraded over the next four years as part of Gentoo Housing's planned programme of works.

A fantastic project delivered with support from ASM Stephen Neill and our distribution partner Fortus Glasgow. 👏
