Another successful upgrade completed at Spire Court for MVN Block Management, where residents are now benefiting from our SC-03 Video Intercom System.

Installed by Airwaves, the solution was delivered with minimal disruption thanks to its quick and efficient installation process.

Residents can now:
📱 Answer calls from anywhere using their mobile phone
👀 See who's at the door with video calling functionality
🚪 Grant access remotely for added convenience and security

For the property management team, the benefits go even further. Through the Intratone cloud portal, sites can be managed remotely, helping to reduce unnecessary visits while keeping control at their fingertips. Plus, the entrance panel has been customised with the client's branding for a professional, tailored finish.

A simple upgrade making a big difference for this 6-flat block.

🔄 The old basic audio-only system has been replaced with our DD-02 Video Door Entry (with 15 years SIM data included), giving residents a smarter, more secure way to manage access.

Now, tenants can receive calls directly to their phones, while the client benefits from full control via the Intratone online portal... No more manual management or unnecessary site visits.

At this sheltered housing scheme in Inverness, the existing hardwired system was no longer fit for purpose, leaving both security and communication falling short for residents.

The solution:
Working with Logic Alarms and supplied via Norbain, we installed our SC-03 door entry system alongside a 21” Digital Notice Board across this 17-flat complex for Highland Council.

The result:
✔️ A fully functioning, modern door entry system improving site security
✔️ Clear, digital communication for residents - replacing outdated cork boards and paper notices
✔️ A safer, more connected environment for sheltered housing residents
