🥺 "Quick question": if this question truly warrants an entire email all of its own in this day and age, we're willing to bet it's not going to be quick. And if it *doesn't* actually warrant its own email, that is arguably worse

👉 "Touching base": irritating, unsettling and deeply vague. Call us the Von Trapps, but these are NOT a few of our favourite things

😵‍💫 "Re: Re: Following up": We're exhausted just from reading this subject line. If you think we will be reading through to the end of the email itself, you best circle back with yourself and have another think

❓"[First Name]?": brings an invasive, spammy energy to the function that we don't appreciate. Bonus negative spam points if your conditional rule has failed and it literally says [First Name]
