Shell build and patio completed in Reepham and now fully watertight. 🏡🔨

We’ve handed this single-storey extension over to the client, who will be taking care of the internal works from here.

A pleasure to deliver the structure to this stage, and we wish them all the best with the rest of the project.

Another great project coming together! 💪🏡

This large single-storey extension is making fantastic progress. It’s now just awaiting the GRP roof installation, then the scaffold can come down and we’ll be well on the way to the finished result.

There has been a few hot days on site, but the team have kept pushing through and the hard work is paying off. A big thank you to everyone involved—we’re looking forward to sharing the finished project soon! 🔨☀️

Great progress across our projects! 🏡🔨

Roofing work is now underway on our Grantham project, and we’re eagerly awaiting the glazing installation to bring the build another step closer to completion.

Meanwhile, we’ve just started an exciting new rear extension project, featuring a wrap-around extension. Plenty of work ahead, and we’re looking forward to sharing the transformation as it progresses.

Stay tuned for more updates and photos from both projects! 👷‍♂️

Another stunning stone extension project at Somersby taking shape nicely! 🔨🏡

A huge amount of work has already gone into this build, starting with the engineered raft foundation — a major part of the project that provides the strength and stability needed for a build on this old quarry ground

Now the structure is starting to come together, and the feature cathedral glass window is going to make this extension something really special, flooding the space with natural light and creating an incredible focal point.

Great progress from the team so far — more updates to come as this transformation continues! 👌

This project included:
• Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open, modern space
• Creating a brand-new opening with double doors from the former dining room into the living room
• Converting the old dining room window into beautiful French doors, bringing in more natural light
• fitting a brand-new kitchen
• Installing all new flooring, skirting boards, and architraves throughout the hallway and kitchen
• Fitting a complete new bathroom suite

A fantastic upgrade that’s completely changed the flow and feel of this home — brighter, more open, and perfect for modern living.
