Great progress across our projects! 🏡🔨

Roofing work is now underway on our Grantham project, and we’re eagerly awaiting the glazing installation to bring the build another step closer to completion.

Meanwhile, we’ve just started an exciting new rear extension project, featuring a wrap-around extension. Plenty of work ahead, and we’re looking forward to sharing the transformation as it progresses.

Another stunning stone extension project at Somersby taking shape nicely! 🔨🏡

A huge amount of work has already gone into this build, starting with the engineered raft foundation — a major part of the project that provides the strength and stability needed for a build on this old quarry ground

Now the structure is starting to come together, and the feature cathedral glass window is going to make this extension something really special, flooding the space with natural light and creating an incredible focal point.

Great progress from the team so far — more updates to come as this transformation continues! 👌

Another full home transformation completed by our team 👷‍♂️✨

This project included:
• Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open, modern space
• Creating a brand-new opening with double doors from the former dining room into the living room
• Converting the old dining room window into beautiful French doors, bringing in more natural light
• fitting a brand-new kitchen
• Installing all new flooring, skirting boards, and architraves throughout the hallway and kitchen
• Fitting a complete new bathroom suite

A fantastic upgrade that’s completely changed the flow and feel of this home — brighter, more open, and perfect for modern living.

It’s been a very busy 6 days ( and some long nights ) on this latest project — a dormer extension and garage conversion 🔨

✔️ New dormer constructed
✔️ New windows installed
✔️ First fix electrics and plumbing completed
✔️ Fully backer boarded and ready for render
✔️ New fascia and GRP installed to both dormers

All set now for the next stage — render and plastering to get underway.
