Adventure friends! 🌍⚡
In this community, we get to meet the most incredible people with crazy inspiring stories… and TREAD the Globe have those in bucket loads!
In the Winter, our vans Trudy & Taun Taun met in person… 🙌
Over lovely lunch with their families, we got to hear where in the world they’d been across their 4.5 years driving around the world. We couldn’t believe where little Trudy - with her modest lead acid 100Ah electrical system! - had taken them. Though the stress & jeopardy gave us a lot of worry… let alone the exhausting constant problem solving!
Naturally, it brought us onto plans for their next adventure!
Chris & Marianne have been busy dreaming, designing, and building something seriously special, all the way over in Malaysia. And they’re now on the cusp of stepping out on the road again… in their brand new camper truck Trevor!!
Their warm, generous spirit is so infectious, and we are thrilled to be powering this next chapter for them.
Fingers crossed we’ll get to meet them out on the trail over the next few years! 🤞
After an in depth consultation, many WhatsApps, delivery frustrations (to Malaysia, understandably!), arrival jumps for joy, progress pics & sneak peaks into the process… safe to say the excitement has been REAL.
This new build is a whole new level. Their electrical system is built to take them further off the beaten track than ever before:
🔋2 x 340SMART5 lithium batteries
💡Power as standard for phone charging, lights & more
🍳 Gas-free cooking with induction & a kettle
❄️ the big one… AIR CON!
💞 Global support for diagnostics & troubleshooting
🛻 More reliability, more freedom, fewer worries
No more compromises. Just pure adventure - deeper, longer, and more capable than ever. Follow their stories on YouTube for the real deep dive on how they embody the LIFE IS TOO SHORT motto🙌🏼
So this Easter - whether you’re plotting a camping trip in your county or adventuring across the globe - may it be the start of something epic🚐🌏
