As the Mental Health Awareness Week campaign draws to an end this week, I felt compelled to post a few details that may offer some much needed help and support.
It's a fantastic and much needed campaign but as we all know the conversation must continue. The lack of mental health services and support available is a topic I hear being discussed on a weekly basis in my work outside of the design world. It's time to change that!
