It is important now more than ever that people's tech is still working. We are still operating during lockdown. However precautions must be taken. All devices received via contactless delivery either in person (Secure drop off point) or by post. Devices only handled by one person (We normally work in PPE anyway) and cleaned thoroughly with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (This is industrial and stronger than most hand sanitizer) both when entering for repair and leaving. HTC One M7 came in not charging, Port had completely removed itself from the board (that's some intense charging right there) port replaced, ready and waiting to take another 10,000 Charges (Beatings).

S5 Came in with the bottom haptic buttons non responsive, turns out the ribbons had been torn from a previous repair, part replaced, happy phone ;)
