Sometimes, 30 seconds of time out from the world is all you need. Some days, 30 seconds of time out from the world is all I get for painting. Anyone else grab little micro painting sessions?!

In Devon we call them ‘Chiggy Pigs’ but apparently there are over 250 regional variations for woodlice, including ‘Monkey Pea’, ‘Slater’ and even a ‘Granny Grunter’! 😆

It’s been such a pleasure creating this special painting of the Torrs for the gorgeous .hera and her lovely Aidan.

Neon was a dream brief for me!
