A customer accidentally broke their external hard drive, with 1000's of extremely important files on it. we managed to repair the damage and recover 100% of their data. One happy bunny.

Customer accidentally snapped the motherboard and charging port when attempting to repair the laptop.
Wr managed to repair all traces and reattach the charging port. The laptop now works again and more importantly, charges 🙂

We had a laptop come to us with a BIOS password. The customer had forgotten their password and was unable to install a fresh copy of Windows.

We removed the BIOS IC from the board, read its contents and managed to remove the password from the encrypted file.

Oh and yes, he did confirm ownership of the laptop!

The repair was a success 💪

Today on the bench we had a powe supply unit with no power.

We managed to diagnose and repair this for the customer, returning their CD player back to them fully operational.

We had a Dell laptop come to us with severe liquid damage. Corrosion was present all over the board, components were damaged. The most damage we found was on the LVDS (display) cable.

We managed to replace all faulty components on the board and repaired the LVDS cable. This was extremely difficult as the traces are smaller than a millimetre in width.

After the repair, the laptop runs and performs beautifully 😊
