The Hereford Festival of Wellbeing is Herefords largest ever wellbeing event with over 40 Exhibitors, Talks and Workshops running all day. You will find both relaxing and nurturing experiences as well as valuable information and tools about how you can restore your sense of wellbeing, reduce anxiety, release emotional trauma, understand yourself better, access affordable counselling, work with crystals and more......so much more! What might you discover that could create the change you have been dreaming of?
The Festival has been set up by a local mum who felt inspired after the sudden death of a dear friend who changed her life with Reiki and counselling 13 years ago to create opportunities for many more to discover how complementary therapies and natural health care can support us in returning to full health and complement conventional medical care rather than replace it. There are so many ways we can help ourselves but many have not been empowered with the tools to do so. Here is a low cost opportunity to discover what's possible for greater health and wellbeing in Herefordshire and beyond.
20% of all ticket sales will be raising funds for local charities including St Michael's Hospice, The ELY Memorial Fund, The Little Princess Trust and Friends of the Steiner Academy.
A Talks and Workshops Schedule is listed on the website and tickets purchased in advance will be cheaper than on the day.
