Looks like we are going to grow our team.
We are looking for a director to take over some duties of running the online store.
No picking and packing as all fulfilment is done by our partner company RR Sales LTD and all stock kept on their site.
Due to how busy our day jobs have become, we have now been forced to our despatch days being cut down to two days per week.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for stock checks, Re-ordering stock and sending it to our fulfilment centre.
You would also have access to the company bank account and be responsible for all invoices to be paid on time.
Ensuring all receipts are passed on and kept (you will not be responsible for the accounts)
In return we are offering up to a 40% share of the business which will also be reported to companies house giving you voting rights to make changes to the company.

The business has officially started in November 2020 with a very small investment which has now more than quadrupled in size with orders coming in daily to the point where there has been days with 20+ orders when shop was working in its peak.

RR Sales is a small Brick & Mortar shop which has started around the same time as us and we have been keeping in contact, giving each other tips and discussing strategies to the point of outgrowing our storage spaces. we have now decided on teaming up and RR will now take care of all of our future fulfilment giving us more time to focus on introducing new stock and growing the business.
