𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐫?

❗️From 19 January 2027, new vented and condenser tumble dryers can no longer imported into Great Britain ❗️After that, only heat pump models will be available as new.

✅ 𝐀𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐫? Keep using it. Nothing changes.

✅ 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐧𝐞? Vented and condenser models are still available while stocks last, so if you want one, 𝐧𝐨𝐰'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤. We have plenty in stock ready for free, same day local delivery.

✅ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐮𝐦𝐩? They’re much cheaper to run, but they work best in rooms that aren't too cold, and can’t be used at low temperatures which matters if your dryer lives in a garage/ outhouse or utility room. We'll help you pick one that suits your space.

Last Sunday The Barlows Foundation sponsored a Crown Green Bowler/ Non Bowler competition held at Bridgewater Bowling club.

The event was organised by Carl Hinton from the retail side of Barlows Electrical with a purpose of raising funds for a water irrigation system for Woore Bowling Club .

The format being an experienced bowler pairing up with a complete novice playing in a round robin format with the best pairings heading through to the knockout stages.

We had 23 pairs on the day with many Barlows staff participating. One of which was Tom Eberle who ran out as the eventual winner on the day with Woore member Derek Wright.

Thanks to all from Barlows UK Ltd staff and the retail side who came out to play, bought raffle tickets and showed their face on the day. In what turned out to be a hugely successful day for both Woore and Bridgewater bowling clubs.

Over £1,700 was raised through entrants, raffle and auction of the Barlows gifted Carden Park Golf voucher.

A special mention to Carl Hinton who put a huge amount of time and effort in organising this hugely successful event. It was all worthwhile as everyone had a fantastic day even the weather was on our side.

Congratulations again to Tom and Derek on winning The Barlows Foundation Bowls event.
