Earlier this year, we managed the overhaul of Signature Care Homes' new website, creating a digital space for customers to get a true feel for the brand and the premium experience their homes provide, before they even step inside.

Launching a new product?

We've been working with Polypipe Building Products for a while now, and most recently, we've helped build a full-scale marketing campaign around a single product, timed to coincide with their appearance at InstallerSHOW (which is happening right now if you want to see them, and our lovely design work 😏).

As part of a wider campaign - which, we might add, previously took home the Prolific North Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year 💁‍♂️ - the activity included a print advert in PHAM News which landed on doorsteps last week and reaches over 28,000 industry professionals.

As well as a full-page advert, Polypipe secured prime positioning with their brand and product featured front and centre on the magazine envelope, backed up by a full editorial.

We've also worked with Polypipe on their exhibition stand and ambassador programme, but more on that another time!

Essentially... this is what makes an effective campaign. Bringing multiple touchpoints together to keep your brand front and centre. By ensuring strong design and smart placement, you'll stay memorable and be the go-to choice when people need you.

Onboarding clients... the Bubble way 🫧

A repeat customer always feels like a privilege, but more than that, it shows we're getting it right ✅

One thing we never rush here is getting to know our clients. Before we start building anything, we like to really understand the people behind the business, their processes, and what they're passionate about.

We're currently working on a new website for The Meatery, a locally sourced butchers in Gainsborough, so last week some of the team spent time with Baz and his team to see the business in action and learn more about what they do.

There's only so much you can learn from a brief. Spending time with our clients helps us get under the skin of their business so we can tell their story properly and create something that truly reflects them.

And as a bonus, Baz sent us home with some goodies to try... the steak went down a treat 🤌🥩
