I am reading about GDPR. Watch this space........................................

Well I know what it stands for - General Data Protection Regulation. This new law come into force on 25th May 2018. That is very soon!

So, should I care? Yes. As a small business myself I have a responsibility to state what data I might hold about my clients and how I deal with their privacy.

The new law is replacing the Data Protection Act 1998 and EU law from 1995. I hope I shall be able to help some of my clients with fulfilling their obligations under the new law.
