Some of the behind-the-scenes process and direction for Dan & Lou’s Invitations and On the Day stationery for their wedding at favourite Updown in Deal 🤍 with elements of hand drawing and lettering, and colours inspired by their brief of ‘it’s basically a big party’ as well as the Updown house and gardens.

🧡 Dan & Lou’s welcome sign, a mirror of their invitation printed up on luxury Italian cardstock, ready to be framed and displayed at their wedding, as well as afterwards as a keepsake of the day. I loved designing with beautiful Updown in mind, this informed our colour palette and the beautiful warm tones. A dream brief 💭

Es**rt cards with a table name card insert, and a handwritten personalised note inside for each guest - printed on heavyweight GF Smith and clipped together with a luxury gold paperclip. These are one of my favourite Table Plan executions so far this year 🌞 for Dan & Lou yesterday at Updown 🤍

Chic pinks for Hannah & Joe’s On the Day 💗 echoing the details from their invitation suite, we carried through the flower illustrations and pink stripes for their placecard personalised notes (handwritten for each guest), their scrumptious Italian menu, and order of the day card / L-O-V-E singalong sheet 🎶

❣️ a super special invitation suite for Lucy & Ben ❣️ incorporating their love for travel and the London-located wedding, we designed a special ‘tube’ logo for the day, and based the suite around “the journey to Mr & Mrs”. Designed as a travel wallet, complete with tickets, a passport photo stamped with their loveheart monogram, a tube-style map of the day, and heaps of personalised illustrations. The chicest take on London travel, Lucy & Ben’s lucky guests are receiving the most beautiful set of paper to excite and build anticipation for the day. This has been a true joy to design 🤍
