Back at Stadium MK for the Sirius Buying Group Gala Dinner 2026!

It was a pleasure to return to support the Sirius & team as they celebrated their 25th anniversary. We provided the full AV production for the evening, including staging, lighting, sound and video, supporting everything from the award presentations to the entertainment.

Nina Conti brought plenty of laughs, with some memorable audience participation adding to the celebrations!

Thank you to Sirius & Incentivise Ltd for having us back, and to our crew for their hard work throughout the event. Congratulations to all the award winners!

We’re finishing our tour in the biggest space of them all: Auditorium 1.

From the large projection screen and flown sound system to lighting, cameras and session recording, there’s a lot working together in this room.

We also step backstage to show the technical setup behind the stage, before taking a speaker’s-eye view of the confidence monitors and countdown timer that help presenters stay on track.

A fitting place to finish our three-part tour, and a glimpse of the work our crew puts into supporting brightonSEO across the venue.

Next stop on our tour: Skyline and Auditorium 2.

Every room has its own requirements. In Skyline, the long layout means repeater screens play an important role in keeping presentations visible further back, alongside the main rear-projection setup.

We then head into Auditorium 2 for a look at the stage, screen and production behind another of the conference’s busy tracks.

It’s a chance to see how the setup changes from room to room, with the same aim throughout: helping speakers deliver and delegates follow every session.

Tomorrow, we finish in Auditorium 1 and take a look backstage.

We’re back at the Brighton Centre this week for Brighton SEO, so what better time to take you on a tour of the rooms we help bring to life?

Over the next three days, we’ll be sharing a look around the event, starting with the syndicate rooms. From staging, sound and projection to lighting and session recording, there’s plenty happening across these spaces, with our technicians supporting the speakers and keeping the sessions running smoothly.

Pop back tomorrow for Part 2, as we head upstairs to explore Skyline and Auditorium 2.

Behind the Build at Brighton SEO – Part 4

This time, Tom takes us inside one of the smaller syndicate rooms and talks through the AV setup behind another of the conference tracks running alongside Auditorium 1.

From the custom set surround built to suit the room, to projection, audio, lighting, recording and presenter monitoring, each space is designed to deliver the same polished experience for speakers and delegates.

Supporting London Gatwick Environment Week 🌱

The Avensys Live team were on site at London Gatwick, providing AV support for one of the talks taking place as part of Environment Week 2026.

We installed a PA system within Gatwick’s EV bus facility, providing clear audio for colleagues and guests as they came together to discuss the airport’s environmental initiatives and ambitions.

From large conferences and hybrid events to smaller on-site requirements like this, we’re proud to provide reliable AV support across London Gatwick.

Great to be involved and to continue supporting the London Gatwick team.

Behind the Build at BrightonSEO – Part 3

This time, Dave and Ryan talk us through some of the lighting infrastructure that goes into Auditorium 1 and what it takes to get everything ready before the lights even come on.

From truss and rigging to power, control and cabling, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to bring the lighting setup together.

It’s another part of the build that most delegates will never see, but one that’s essential to creating the finished event they experience when the doors open.

Featuring 18 individually controllable RGBL pixels, the Mira has a punchy 6° native beam, with our stock also supplied with 20° diffusion for a wider, softer output when required.

This time, Louis talks through the lighting setup in Auditorium 1 and why it needs to work just as well on camera as it does in the room.

With every session filmed, an even front wash keeps speakers clearly lit, while backlight adds depth and helps the stage look its best on screen.

It’s one of the many details that creates a polished experience for both the live audience and those watching the sessions online afterwards.
