I'm Amy and branding is totally my thing- it has been for almost 20 years! It's so much more than visuals- I help business owners (like you) to find alignment and cohesion throughout their entire business. I understand how impossible it can feel standing inside your business, unable to see the wood for the trees. And I love, love, LOVE helping extremely talented people to create a pioneering brand

that you can be proud of. (And that your ideal customers/clients will love and connect with too!)

For me, creating a brand is an adventure. We can take that journey of discovery and have a really good time along the way, reinvigorating your passion for your brand and setting you up for a whole new season of success. Let's go on a Brand Adventure, together.

Shawn Kanungo spoke about the future of technology, in particular, agentic AI which is about agency, getting stuff done.

There were several examples of impressive ways to use AI.
He said that the use of AI raises the bar for marketing. AI can do any job - so innovation is more important than knowledge.

We can choose to be incredibly automated, or incredibly human. The greatest strategy is caring deeply, and having dangerous ideas - which AI isn't very good at. We need to think about what we can automate or eliminate vs what requires more friction or humanity.

Slow down. Take a step back. Ask dangerous questions.

Jamie Laing, founder of Candy Kittens and Jampot Productions was interviewed by Suman Randhawa on the pink sofa. All good stuff, and he took interesting questions from the audience too.

His message was about playing. Thinking of crazy ideas and doing those things (like starting a sweet company when you don't know what you're doing).
He also said not to spread yourself too thin.
And to have a Big Hairy Audacious Goal.

Andrew and Pete opened - as you'd expect - after a performance from Natasha Hamilton as "Atomic Kitten Con".

There was poetry, an actual human being in a big box and an awful lot of starting again, which helped the point to sink in brilliantly. The gist 👇

Don't do allthethings, let some things go.
Find one thing and go all in on that.
Use the 90:10 rule.
Do a true test.
Be remarkable.
Make money.

You don't start with your logo. Or your fonts. Or your colours. Or your illustration style, layout, photographs, copywriting..

You start at the end.

Your goal.

Where do you want to get to? What's the ultimate aim - your vision, mission and purpose?

There's a lot of gaps to fill in between the start and the end, but how your brand looks is not the beginning. That's like running before you can walk. Slow down.

To reach your goal it helps to know where you're going, how, why, and with who.

Figure THAT out and THEN you're ready to pack your strategy rucksack and move further on your adventure with all the visuals to support you on the journey.

I can help you pack that rucksack and I promise it'll be easier than you thought.

Are you ready?

PM me, let's chat and see if it's the right time for your brand adventure.
