MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

I've had such an amazing 2023. A year I really can look back proudly on. I have met amazing people, I have had the pleasure to read stories crafted by amazing authors and to be lost in their worlds. It is a gift I'm very grateful for. So thank you.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas with your loved ones and I cannot wait to see you all in 2024. I know that 2024 is set for huge things for myself and PerkyVisuals and the path we're on is an exciting one.

When authors provide visual inspirations and examples for their ideal book cover, it makes my job so much easier! Seeing those movie posters, color palettes, font styles they love gives me an instant feel for their vision. I can then design options that bring those vibes to life in cover form. It kick-starts the creative process and ensures we're on the same page. I'm grateful when authors take the time to gather images to ignite their cover dreams!

Me and Seth sat for a good while talking through this collection he created. It had his sketches, moodboards, thoughts and ideas of this unbelievable world he has created.

This was so much fun to work through and work from. Creating Seth's vision in a cool, professional cover.

I was extremely excited to be working with S.M. Campbell. Corrupted Tides is set to absolutely rock the Fantasy world. Seth lives and breaths his world he has created, I've been lucky enough to work closely with him and his Manuscript and anyone who picks this story up is in for a real treat.

December I'm kicking back up the Podcast: Better studio, higher quality and better upload schedule. Now the new place has some decent internet!

Hey all!

Just wanted to give you an update.

I've been burrowing away on client work, got some AMAZING covers coming out over the next few weeks. I'm consistently pushing for bigger and better every time. Thankfully I work with the best authors and the best stories. So the visuals are able to be pushed.

In personal life... I'm getting married next month, we have a baby on the way! Little boy :) AND we're moving house after securing a place we love.

So a lot going on, I've had no time for social posts or TikToks. That'll come soon but not yet client work is priority above all else!

Thanks for your understanding everyone, can't wait to showcase the new covers coming for September/October :)
