🔍 Setting Up Odoo Barcode in Your Manufacturing Operation - Step by Step Guide

Here's how to get Odoo Barcode up and running in your facility:

1️⃣ Step 1: Turn it on! Go to your Inventory app -> Configuration -> Settings, scroll down to the Barcode section and check the box next to "Barcode Scanner". Click Save and you're ready to go!

2️⃣ Step 2: Pick your barcode style. After enabling, you can choose either "Default Nomenclature" or "Default GS1 Nomerclature" from the dropdown menu.

3️⃣ Step 3: Add barcode to your products. You can do this three ways:
➡️ Through the product form in the Inventory app
➡️ From the Product Barcodes configuration page
➡️ Or scan new products directly with the Barcode app (if you're Barcode Lookup)

4️⃣ Step 4: Set up location barcodes. If you've enabled Storage Locations, barcodes for your warehouse locations are automatically available. Just go to Inventory -> Configuration -> Locations, select your locations, and hit Print!

Once everything's set up, you can process receipts, deliveries, and other operations right on the floor using either a barcode scanner or the Odoo mobile app.
