What an incredible four days!
We were proud to support Ramsay Health Care, the headline sponsor of this year’s Southport Flower Show, providing complete event management from the early planning stages through to the final day.
From pre-event meetings, emails and ever-growing WhatsApp chats to managing logistics, setting up the stand, producing printed merchandise and coordinating the many moving parts behind the scenes—we covered it all.
We even took care of blowing up balloons and making last-minute runs to restock water bottles and stress toys - although, by day four, we weren’t entirely sure whether the stress toys were for visitors or the event team! No job was too big or too small when it came to keeping everything running smoothly.
After months of preparation, it was amazing to see the event come to life and watch the Ramsay stand welcome busy crowds throughout all four days. The Ramsay team worked their socks off, engaging with visitors, representing the hospitals and making the most of every moment.
A huge thank you to everyone at Ramsay Health Care, the Southport Flower Show team and all those who helped make the event such a success.
This is what we love about event management: bringing together creativity, organisation, teamwork and plenty of behind-the-scenes problem-solving to deliver something truly memorable.
