A couple of days late but just a post to say thank you to those who came to my first Simply Sewing Club at Chester le Street library on Tuesday 😊 we had a great time sharing what we wanted to work on and were able to sort out some things people wanted to achieve 😀 it was so lovely meeting some like minded people who just love to craft ❤️ the library were also excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome, not to mention all the books they had available for us to browse!
I'm really looking forward to next week's session and hoping to see some new faces as well 😊

Simply Sewing Club

A weekly session for anyone who wants to sew, craft, and spend time with others. Bring whatever project you are currently working on, or come along if you are just starting out and need a hand getting going.

Tuesdays | 10am – 12pm
21st July – 25th August
Chester-le-Street library main room
Free (donation for tea & coffee)
10 spaces available per week

Bring your own project: Whatever you're working on, bring it along!

Need a hand? Amateur seamstress with 25 years experience on hand to help with any techniques or questions.

Beginners welcome: Don't have a project yet? Come along and we’ll help you get started.

Equipment: We provide a sewing machine or two. If you have your own machine you’d like to bring, feel free!
