I contacted John after I had been locked out of my personal Microsoft account, as I believed that I have been hacked. I was also struggling to log into my business account. John was able to very quickly save my personal Microsoft account and make sure that my account was safe. Before this I have been struggling for three days and getting nowhere. I also struggled to get into my business account at the same time. John very easily took control of the situation and got my logins sorted out. He literally didn't have to do this as I rang him in a panic, however he was kind enough to support me there and then. He also remotely accessed by computer, checked my laptop over to make sure that it was safe and downloaded a reputable antivirus software. John is completely 100% trustworthy, he is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I will not be going anywhere else now that I have contacted his company, and I would recommend them to anybody.

SCAM WARNING – “Treasury Refund” Recovery Scam

A customer of mine who lost several thousand pounds seven years ago has just been contacted out of the blue by someone claiming that “the Treasury has caught the scammers and is refunding the money.”

This is NOT real.
It’s a second‑stage scam — the same criminals (or new ones) coming back years later pretending to offer a refund so they can steal even more.

The, even know the exact amount that you lost 

Important:

• The Treasury does not contact victims directly.
• No government department randomly offers refunds for old scams.
• Anyone asking for personal details, bank info, or “verification” is a scammer.
