We're pleased to announce a range of powerful updates to our RAMS Builder, designed to give organisations greater control, improve compliance processes, and streamline risk assessment management.

✅ Enhanced Permissions
A new Manager+ permission level provides all the capabilities of the existing Manager role, with the added ability to manage Clients, Sites and Projects directly within the RAMS Builder.

✅ Improved Risk Assessment Sign-Off Process
We've upgraded the Risk Assessment sign-off experience, making it easier than ever for employees to review and sign assessments. The new process includes email reminders, direct links to assessments, and integration with our new communications hub, NATA, helping organisations improve engagement and compliance.

✅ New Signature Matrix
Gain instant visibility of sign-off status across your master risk assessments with the new Signature Matrix, making it easier to monitor completion rates and identify outstanding actions.

✅ Flexible Risk Assessment Categories
Organise assessments more effectively with the introduction of custom categories. Assign multiple categories to a single assessment, improving filtering, reporting, and overall management.

✅ Optional Independent Review Process
Organisations can now assign a dedicated reviewer to risk assessments, adding an additional layer of oversight to help maintain quality, consistency, and compliance.

These latest enhancements continue our commitment to helping organisations simplify health and safety management while providing greater visibility, accountability, and control.

Our latest customer survey results are in, and we’re pleased to report a significant increase in engagement this year - up 157% compared to last year, along with a more diverse range of industries represented.

Usage of the VISION platform continues to grow, with 70% using it daily, up 30% on last year, a strong indicator of the value it delivers to our clients. Our Help Centre remains central to the client experience and has seen a 15% increase in usage compared to last year. This not only supports clients in finding answers quickly but also helps reduce incoming support queries.

52% of users said they have recommended VISION to others, and we achieved an overall star rating of 4.5 out of 5 - an excellent result! As our client base continues to grow, maintaining and improving this score will become more challenging, but we remain committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service, targeting 4.6 this year.

Overall, the feedback was extremely positive; we’re proud of - and grateful for - the results and insights shared by our clients 😊.

On Monday 27th April, the VISION team came together at VISIONHQ to reflect on the past year.

As many of us are not office-based, these opportunities to meet in person are invaluable for keeping focus and reminding ourselves of our goals and planning for the year ahead.

The day included a comprehensive “Year in Review” presentation from our MD Ruth Crothers, followed by Faye Edwards-Miller’s overview of our Sales Strategy and results of our latest client feedback survey (which were excellent - but more on that next week 👀). We finished off with objectives for 2026/2027 and our system roadmap.

It was an engaging and productive day, leaving everyone with a clear understanding of our priorities. And even made time for a team lunch and Escape Rooms for some fun team building!
