STMS runs two large‑format printers - one handles our regular weekly schedule, and the other is our rapid‑response machine.

🖨️ Printer 1 (Burt): main customer work, running on our usual alternating‑day workflow.
🖨️ Printer 2 (Ernie): switched on instantly when urgent jobs land, so nothing gets delayed.

When a last‑minute order comes in, we simply run both printers at once.

Add in our pressing capacity and a team who know how to move fast, and we can flip urgent work same day or next day without disrupting anyone else’s jobs. 💪

☑️Yesterday afternoon: gig merch needed for Friday → printing immediately, pressing within the hour, delivered today.
☑️Yesterday evening: regular customer in a rush → printed this morning, ready for collection.
☑️This morning: band panicking for next week → already printing and going out this week.
☑️This morning: band going to Europe next week needs top up → printing today, collection this weekend as they pass through Birmingham.
