VOIP CALLING CREDIT
Using our VOIP facility is free when you makes calls between two free accounts, anywhere in the world and without time limitations. However, should you wish to call normal landline and mobile numbers you will need some credit which goes to pay the in country operators as you would do with a phone bill.
The big difference is that VOIP calls are a fraction of the cost of normal calls, in some cases 70x less, for example, you can call the USA on VOIP for less than 1p per minute.
VOIP uses a common protocol called SIP , and this can be available as standard on many devices, or with a downloadable app, using an IP phone or switchboard, or even a laptop software based free softphone.
Credit is in £10 blocks, you can choose upto 200 blocks online, for larger credits please email us. VOIP credit does not expire, and it isnt refundable.
You will see in your online VOIP account that the credit has been converted to $ at the daily rate at the time of purchase, this is because most route transits on VOIP are in USD.
