We did it! I am one of the top 6 finalists for the Creative Works award with Fylde Kids Foundation !
This isn’t just an award for me, it’s real milestone, that physical moment to celebrate, and it’s things like this that really matter the most! 👇👇👇
Whether I take home a trophy this year or not, it’s about the community, seeing everyone and living in the present. That’s what it’s all about 🫶🏻
When I began Present Posters, it was just a name for this thing I was doing, and now it’s me.
Does that make sense?
I started as someone who loves art and tech. Someone who got told about Canva in Year 7 and thought I’d unlocked something so amazing that I remembered it for so long and came back to it.
I made a few posters. I didn’t think anything of it. I didn’t even know graphic design could be a job, let alone a career.
This time 3 years ago, I was just 18, and now I’m 21.
To be voted as a finalist of the Creative Works award really is a reminder of what I am doing, and not just that, but the incredible support that’s behind me.
I couldn’t be more grateful.
And the fact that you get to make this happen is of course scary, but probably one of the most rewarding things because this will have come from you.
But anyways, that’s a little from me and how I really feel...
