Last weekend I spent the saturday attempting painting and drawing just for the fun of doing it, no brief in sight. It's easy to over analyse creative projects and pre-empt the final outcome when that's how you've worked for a good few years. It was nice just to take time and paint a picture just for the enjoyment of doing it. A great distraction. As always, feeling extremely grateful for this space to work in, I even unearthed disco ball and hung it on the window for some extra joy points!

I'm a little speechless on what to say about the current times and without trying to ignore how scary, serious and horrifying it all is, I just wanted to say hello. In truth I was hoping to have something to announce or atleast the website to share (pre-Coronavirus)...So what you see here is my many attempts at getting the foil machine to obey(!) a newly painted shed (thanks again ) and the miracle Labrador Ruby who keeps almost drifting away from this world but fights back for another day, with a wiggly tail to boot. I hope you're all keeping safe, healthy and at home 💙💛💙💛💙

When prepping for my mini shoot I had all these glasses that I wanted to use which I'd seen around the house. Thankfully my mum has a big obsession with these little glass vases (centre in pic) and they were the perfect little accents in the shots. The larger green glass on the right was my grans once upon a time, we all like bright colours! Here are a few BTS shots, I can't wait to share more with you! ❇️🔹🌿💠🔺🔶

A teaser of yesterday's hilarious shoot 📸 It involved two fabulous creatives and close friends with her beautiful new born Alma, the lovely icelandic(!) , many flowers, some from the garden, some bought, my grand glassware, my 2 year old nephew, a massive vat of stew and most of my immediate family! Not your standard shoot but just the way I like it! The new website is now coming together very nicely, eeeee

Say hello to my foiling friend!! ✨ Which can mean only one thing...Bold & Beautiful will offer bespoke foiling, embossing and debossing services!!

This beautiful machine is an old JTM Styleprint and it came with a whole box full of letters from a church. I feel a bond with it because it came up on eBay in July and was sold which I was totally gutted about. So I swore I'd buy it if it came back on, then look who popped up!!

I mean just look at it!?! 👀🌟

FRIYAY!!🌈🌿💐 Thank goodness it's the weekend! And to celebrate my happiness at this prospect, here's a look at a new handpainted invite set! The print started life as a selection of watercolour doodles and I'll share how it became an invite next week on my stories. In the meantime enjoy your weekends🥂🔆

A new print preview 🌼 this one feels more retro that the previous. I'm yet to design the invite set but safe to say I'm excited to...70s, florals and sunshine. Now where are those flared sleeves and platforms.
