Gravity 9 Solutions

Gravity 9 Solutions We empower organizations by integrating human expertise with autonomous technology.

By bridging this gap, we help organizations streamline operations, enhancing decision-making, and driving transformational growth - turning potential into progress.

Most integration projects fail because someone tries to replace everything at once.
We built an open source framework that sits between what a client already has and what they actually need to build next. Permissions, auditing, identity resolution, a GenAI service, file handling: built once, reused across engagements, and connected to existing booking engines, CRM platforms, marketing tools, and document stores through prebuilt event adapters.

Custom application logic sits on top of that. The plumbing underneath does not get rebuilt every time a client needs something new.

That is what surgical modernization looks like when it is not just a slide.

Every enterprise stack has gaps. We fill ours with specific tools, chosen for specific reasons.
Cloud runs on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Data at scale runs on MongoDB, Confluent, and Redpanda. The AI layer runs on LlamaIndex, xAI, and Anthropic. Releases run on LaunchDarkly. Edge computing runs on Ditto.
Each one solves a delivery problem we have hit more than once, and we picked the tool that actually fixed it.

Some of the best client work doesn't happen on a call. Sometimes it happens in a room, over pizza and way too much coffee, building things together.

This week a small group from gravity9 joined AMH's entire dev team for a hackathon in Salt Lake City. g9 didn't just show up. We won.

Big shout out to Michał Rybka, who took on an entire challenging project solo, a true one man army performance that showed exactly how far AI can stretch an already strong developer. He walked away with the award for best individual project.

Then there was the dream team: Przemysław Serwicki, Patryk Domasik, Oleksii Prudnikov, Lukasz Drozd, and Julio Castellanos, working alongside one of AMH's own developers. That project took the award for biggest potential business impact.

Huge kudos to everyone who made the trip and everyone who supported from home. Great week, great team, and proof that the best ideas show up when smart people get in a room together.

Team Spotlight: Michał Koziczak
This weekend, Michał Koziczak, one of our lead consultants, did all three at Ironman 70.3 Kraków, and came away with a new personal best.
1.9 km swim. 90 km bike. 21.1 km half marathon.
Massive congratulations from all of us at gravity9.

Carbon Reduction Plans are quietly becoming a condition of doing business. The Government Procurement Act now requires one just to be eligible for public sector contracts, and enterprise clients are increasingly asking suppliers for the same evidence before they'll sign.
Our starting point: a verified footprint of 290.41 tCO2e, already low for a firm our size. The plan itself is built on cutting that further, not just holding steady, through a remote-first model, cloud efficiency work, and vendors chosen partly on their own environmental commitments.
This isn't a compliance exercise running quietly in the background. It's now part of how clients evaluate who they work with, which means it's part of how we run the business.

Before any AI initiative gets budget or a project code, our AI Director Loghman Mohammadzadeh asks five questions. Most teams skip straight past all of them.
1. How will this improve our key KPIs: revenue, efficiency, or customer satisfaction?
2. What datasets will it rely on, and are they available and accurate?
3. Does it integrate with our existing systems, or will it create new silos?
4. What's the measurable ROI, and how soon will we see results?
5. How does it affect our people and processes: does it empower them, or add complexity?
Question 2 is where most initiatives actually stall. Teams scope the model before they've checked whether the data it needs exists in a usable form. By the time that gap shows up, the budget and the timeline are already set.
None of this is about slowing AI down. It's about starting with the answer to "will this work" instead of finding out six months in.

Clinicians treating autism spectrum disorder shouldn't lose time hunting through unstructured records for the one note that changes a care plan.
That was the problem inside CentralReach's Learning Tree system: years of clinical data with no fixed schema, and no way to just ask a question and get an answer.
We built an agentic RAG service on MongoDB and LlamaIndex that turns that data into something clinicians can query directly, in plain language, instead of digging for it.
Here's David Stevens, Head of AI at CentralReach, on what that's changed for his team:
"The expertise of the professionals on this project has been instrumental in helping us accelerate our progress and unlock new possibilities in generative AI."
Unstructured healthcare data is one of the hardest problems in AI right now. Most of it isn't a model problem. It's a retrieval problem, and it only gets solved with the right architecture underneath.

A global bank was rebuilding its architecture to be more resilient, splitting everything into smaller, self-contained units. The missing piece was something that could handle real-time events across all of it without falling over.
gravity9 built that piece. MongoDB Atlas as the event sink, Kafka moving the data, and full visibility into every step from ingestion to storage. Each unit could fail and recover on its own, the way it was meant to.
Under real load it handled 1,500 events a second and pushed through over 600,000 documents without missing a beat.
It's now moving into a full build.

Every enterprise build spends its first weeks, and its first chunk of budget, on the same ground: user access, permissions, audit trails, and getting new systems talking to what's already running. None of that is where the product's value lives, but all of it has to be paid for before the value can ship.
The accelerator framework covers that ground already: SSO, role based access, auditing and compliance, and an integration layer built on event driven architecture. Tested, hardened, and ready in days instead of the weeks of billable time it normally takes to build from scratch.
Same standards. A fraction of the cost.

It's great to be named one of the UK's fastest-growing consultancies, but for us, that's never been the aim. Growth happens when you focus on solving the right problems, doing the hard things well, and building strong relationships along the way. We've always backed bold thinking and better tech, this just shows it's working.
