That was reality for clinicians pulling patient information together by hand, trawling through disconnected systems and documents. For care that has to reflect a person's specific needs, that lag meant details got delayed. Sometimes they got missed.
We built an AI assistant clinicians could talk to directly. Describe the patient's situation, and it queries the notes in real time, flags what's missing, and drafts a personalised plan from the relevant data. Not a generate-and-go tool. More like a research assistant that stays in the conversation until the plan is right.
Care plan creation dropped from 72 hours to one.

This week Microsoft published a code of conduct for its AI models, and Nadella's post talked about the deliberate pacing needed to get alignment right. That's a different scale of problem to the one most enterprises are solving, but the instinct underneath it is one we build every AI Readiness engagement around: define the guardrails before a model goes near production, not after.
That's how we work with clients. We look at strategy, data, infrastructure, talent, and governance together, then build the guardrails and adoption coaching in from day one. So when a model does go live, your team already knows who owns which decision and what happens if something goes wrong.

Meet our AI avatar of Bartosz Struzik,Head of QA. Built using Grok, this video was created as a fun experiment to open our recent QA Meetup 2026 in Warsaw. QA is all about curiosity and testing things properly, so it only made sense that the team turned that same mindset on AI itself. At the Warsaw meetup, Bartosz and the team compared notes on what's actually working with AI in their day-to-day and what isn't, and pulled it all together into a shared playbook that will guide how QA uses AI going forward. This video is a small, fun piece of that bigger experiment.
