It's a little white outside today and staff shortages are expected over the next few days. As always we will be making ticket responses a priority and phone support will be very limited.

Next week the weather is set to return to normal for the UK so we expect staff and support back to normal.

What a rather dull and cold morning, we are here to answer any questions. We are still working hard with the website, and hopefully we will be offering a landline (incoming calls only) and broadband bundle.

We'll explain a little more later

Some really important information for you all to read. Existing customers will receive a letter/email regarding this also in the next 7days.

We have partnered up with PreeBroadband who will be suppliers of Hardware, Mobile Services, Voip and much more.

A few things have changed, but nothing major that should impact customers as far as support stands. DataBroadband will continue to provide the broadband to customers and support will also be handled by us whilst PreeBroadband will be dealing with sales, account and billing queries.

Our office hours have now changed and are listed below.

Monday - 9am till 5pm
Tuesday - 9am till 5pm
Wednesday - 9am till 5pm
Thursday - 9am till 5pm
Friday - 9am till 5pm
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed

Our sales department will be operating Monday - Friday 9am till 3pm (subject to change)
