Backups are only useful if they actually work when you need them.
We often see businesses that have backups running every day… but they’ve never tested whether the data can actually be restored.
If a restore fails during a real incident, the backup hasn’t really protected you.
A simple habit can make a big difference:
Test a restore regularly — even if it’s just a small sample file.
It’s the easiest way to make sure your data is truly recoverable if something goes wrong.
