Sometimes the simplest automations have the biggest impact. One of my favourite AI tools is a very simple inbox triage workflow. It has quietly changed how I work.
What it does:
1) Prioritises urgency - it flags what needs attention now, not later.
2) Categorises automatically - emails are grouped by topic and tagged by priority.
3) Drafts replies for me - it suggests clear, on tone responses using full inbox context, however, nothing is sent out without my approval.
4) Creates an action list - each morning I get a short, clear list of what to deal with.
5) Keeps me in control - It never deletes or sends messages on my behalf.
Email used to eat hours each week.
This cuts it down to minutes.
I save around ten hours a week just on sorting and replying.
What would you do with that time back?
