Wow! Sad days! Have we not moved on? Just been looking for images of Confidence to pop into a PowerPoint presentation and I am met with pages and pages of male gendered pictures. Soooooo few female pictures. Come on ladies let's get on with the confidence. Let's build ourselves up. We are amazing, let's show it to the world and Bing pictures!

Quality? There's a word. What does it mean to you? For me currently it means hard work and head down concentrating on learning a new course to deliver, focussing on Quality and Customer Service. Throughout my 35 year career as a trainer, Quality has been foremost in my mind, wanting to offer the best quality I possibly could to my clients and their clients, to every single person who I came into contact with in and out of the training room. Have a great day folks, just thought I'd drop by and say hello!

I am definitely finding that now we are used to virtual training it is working really well.

Happy Friday (again!!) how did that happen? Has this week been any different for you? Have you been working? And where have you been working?

I am still working from my desk in my living room - sending emails, updating website, keeping Facebook updated (sort of!) and running a few online sessions.

Next week, excitingly I am doing some training in person! I'm running a Stress Management session, hopefully shouldn't be too stressful!

Morning everyone. Are you zooming around still - or yet? A quick tip - if you are on a Zoom session and the presenter is sharing their screen you can can change the size of their screen or their picture. Hover over the bit in the middle (between the slide and the picture), until you find the double headed arrow to drag the pane in or out. Makes it easier to see the presenter or the slides.
