A day on the Dugard 1000 Y Plus is a day well spent. 🤩

It’s been busy this morning machining a batch of large aluminium components, working through the profiles and detailed features while keeping the cut controlled and the machine locked into position.

The size of the Dugard is particularly useful on larger components, giving us the working area and rigidity needed to hold accuracy across the batch.

Time to get this project finished up and out to the customer!

These parts scrubbed up well! 🙌

It’s always satisfying to see components come out of the SafetyKleen system clean and ready for inspection and assembly.

Ultrasonic cleaning helps remove oils, residues, debris and fine swarf from component surfaces and areas that can be difficult to reach through conventional cleaning methods, without the need for aggressive mechanical cleaning.

For precision components used across medical, aerospace, automotive, pump and oil industry applications, controlling contamination is an important part of making sure parts are ready for their next stage.

A straightforward process, but an important one in precision manufacturing!

The Doosan Lynx 2100LM knows how to end our week on a high!

There's always a bit of satisfaction when a shaft comes off the machine exactly as intended.

By completing both turning and milling operations in a single setup, the Lynx 2100LM reduces handling between operations, while maintaining the positional accuracy and consistency the component demands.
