Great work rarely comes from a grid of video calls.
We took the team to Chateauform for a few days, away from the usual desks, with time set aside for strategy, but also for the conversations that don’t happen over Slack. Getting to know each other better, building trust across teams, and stepping back to think about where we’re headed together.
Strong products are built by strong teams. This was time well spent on exactly that.
