Redeploying more than 2,441 previous Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation, now named Ethio Telecom, employees, Hidasie Telecom is accessible to the public in all cities, towns, zones and districts of Ethiopia.

Hidasie Telecom Share Company is established with a total subscribed capital of Birr 74,665,700.00 (Seventy Four Million Six Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Birr).

Hidasie Telecom is organized embracing dual objectives of business and social motives in a unique fashion of hybrid model through a public-private partnership arrangement.
