What changed how I see AI… wasn’t the smartest thing I watched it do.
It was the “boring” things it started doing.
A message arriving at 3 a.m. and getting a proper answer — while no one is awake.
A piece of information moving between three systems without a hand touching it.
A report writing itself and arriving on time, before anyone asks for it.
An appointment booked, a reminder sent, an invoice issued — all of it happening quietly, in the background.
Small scenes. But they pushed me toward a question I had been skipping past:
how much of a working person’s life goes into work that never needed a person at all?
The exhaustion we feel at the end of a day rarely comes from the big decisions or the hard ideas.
It usually comes from the small repetitive details — the ones that eat focus piece by piece, while the work that matters stands waiting.
And a new dividing line started to appear to me.
Not between those who use AI and those who don’t…
but between those who spend their energy on what a machine can do,
and those who freed their energy for what a machine can’t: thinking, judgment, relationships, creativity.
We are the first generation in history that can delegate boredom.
And the question that stays with me:
the time that has started coming back to us… what will we do with it?

Built an AI Agent powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date responses directly from the client’s business knowledge base.

Workflow Overview:

1. The system automatically retrieves any new files or updates added to Google Drive, processes the content, and converts it into vector embeddings stored in Supabase. This ensures that the AI agent always operates using the most recent business information.
2. Instead of generating generic or potentially inaccurate responses, the system analyzes customer inquiries received through WhatsApp and retrieves answers exclusively from the company’s dedicated Knowledge Base.
3. The solution goes beyond answering questions. When a customer expresses interest in placing an order or booking a service, they are directed to a structured form. Their information is then instantly recorded as a new pending request in Google Sheets, ensuring an organized and real-time workflow.
4. The system is integrated with Google Sheets to perform operational tasks such as checking order status, retrieving customer information, or processing specific requests based on a unique order number.
