Search engine is one of the oldest computer science problems and for many it is considered to be closed and over. Having ultra-huge companies which are taki
ng over the control with money and power, the most important thing is user engagement. Due to lack of Arabic information on the web against the un-useful data online, the user can't be satisfied with the results that come for the normal search engines. That is the entrance for a new generation of search engines that understand the data given in hand and understand the user request to for a better service to the user. Al-Ghaith is a dedicated search engine for the Arabic content. Most of the search engines, including Google, are handling the searching in Arabic for looking for the exact word that could match the typed key. It comprehends the nature of the Arabic Language serving anyone looking for anything using the Arabic. Al-Ghaith is searching for the word and all what it might means too based on the science of (Motradefat). It also distinguishes whether it is a name or a word in a sentence in order to avoid useless results and cut to the chase of what the user is looking for. It also inherits the Arabic Grammatical Science (Nahow) if you’re willing to search for a word with a specific location in a sentence. As well as searching with some flavors of (Blaghaa) if you are looking for words musical in some way (i.e. making Saga’a) with your search key and so on. Al-Ghaith understands the texts also. It is a search engine that search and find the perfect intensive matches for what you mean and what could lead to what you mean not what you type. Understanding the query and understanding the attached texts. It is specifically built for Arabic usages but it inherits all of the other features of any other search engine. Just like standard search engines, the amount of data still gives rise to issues for the developers and the users such as: How to store the data? How to reach the required information? How to retrieve information in a quick and accurate way? Are the retrieved data relevant to the users? Are the users satisfied with the search results? So the overview of the problem is that we have a lot of human readable documents. First step we need to make a machine understands this data. Second step build our search engine index over the understood data to search in it. Then a user comes with a human readable query to search the data, so I have to understand the query as the searchable data before making the actual search. Then sort the search results of the human readable data according to the search in the understood data.
