Midweek Team Meeting at ITRE 🚀
This week, our team came together to focus on something especially close to us — our own ITRE app, a tool we’re building to make work smarter and more efficient, both for ourselves and our clients.
Building something from the ground up looks glamorous from the outside. From the inside, it’s a lot of ideas thrown on the table, discussions that go back and forth, testing what works and what doesn’t, and problem-solving that happens quietly behind the scenes. That’s the part nobody sees — and honestly, it’s the part that makes it exciting. 💻
What makes it even more interesting? Our team isn’t sitting in one office. We’re spread across different locations and countries, working different hours, different setups, and bringing different perspectives. And yet everyone is working toward the same goal — building smarter solutions that make work genuinely easier, for our clients and for ourselves.
It’s a good reminder that a team doesn’t need to be in one room to build something real together. It just needs the same vision.
