Capture Mindfully is slowly unfolding.

The idea already feels clear to me.
The purpose feels right.
The product itself feels worth bringing into the world.

Now comes the part where every little detail has to catch up with that feeling.

Paper.
Texture.
Finish.
Weight.

So many choices 🩵.

Slowly unfolding into the version it is meant to become. ✨

This morning, after dropping my children off at school and kindergarten, I stopped because of the fog.

It made me think about attention.

We move so quickly from one thing to the next that staying with one thing for a little longer can almost feel unusual.

But focusing on one part of a moment does not mean the rest disappears.

Just like this landscape.

The road continues beyond what I can see.
The fields are still there.
The world behind the fog has not vanished.

For a moment, the fog simply becomes the frame.

Capture Mindfully is built around something similar: gently choosing where to place attention, exploring one frame at a time, while remembering that the whole moment is still there.

The moment is whole. Attention creates the frame. 🦋

One colour can hold so much.

Light changes it.
Depth changes it.
Movement changes it.
The angle of our attention changes what comes forward.

At first, we may simply see blue.

Then we look again.

Turquoise.
Teal.
Aqua.
Deep blue.
Light dancing on the surface.

The moment was already full.

We just gave one part of it a little more space.

One moment. Endless ways of noticing. 🦋

Maybe the point is not always to get somewhere.

Maybe sometimes the point is to notice
that you are already here.

To notice what surrounds you.
What moves you.
What arises within you.

Not to change the moment.
Just to meet more of it.

The moment is already here.
So are you.

At first glance, a landscape.

Look again.

A reflection.
A waterfall.
Light on the mountains.
A detail in the distance.

Look again.

There is always more within what is already here.

One moment. Endless ways of noticing. 🦋

Maybe there are endless ways of noticing.

But this is the moment you are in now.

Notice it.

Pildista Meeltega kaardid on hetkel saadaval eesti keeles.

And for my English-speaking followers - something new is slowly taking shape. 🤍

Capture Mindfully is a new noticing experience currently in the making, created around one simple idea:

One moment. Endless ways of noticing.
Pause. Breathe. Notice.

More soon. 🩵🦋
