Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Prometheus, ArgoCD. Every tool you use every day was written in Go. But most DevOps engineers are still gluing everything together with Bash scripts.

That needs to change.

If we only know how to use these tools but not how they work under the hood, we'll always struggle when something breaks at 2am. Go was built at Google to handle exactly the kind of problems we deal with every day. Networking, concurrency, systems at scale.

And it's practical too. A Go program compiles into a single file that runs anywhere. No extra setup. No dependency issues. No "it works on my machine." A Go service handling 10,000 requests at the same time uses around 10MB of memory. Python needs 10x that. When you're running something on every node in a cluster, that difference hits your cloud bill hard.

Over 85% of the top CNCF projects are written in Go. If you want to stop just using these tools and start contributing to them, Go is where you start.

It's not just a language to put on your resume. It's the language that powers the infrastructure you rely on every single day. The better we understand it, the better we get at keeping things running when it actually matters.

Many founders want to move fast when building a product.

That mindset is important. Speed matters in business.

But rushing development without proper planning can become far more expensive in the long run.

We have seen products where features were built without clear requirements, scalability was ignored, security was added too late, and technical decisions were made only to save time in the beginning. At first, everything looks faster and cheaper.

Later, the real costs appear.
Rebuilding unstable systems.
Fixing security issues.
Managing performance problems.
Handling unhappy users.
Replacing poorly planned features.
Spending more developer hours to clean up rushed work.
Good development is not about slowing things down.

It is about making smart technical and business decisions early enough to avoid bigger problems later.

Founders do not need to know every technical detail. But understanding the impact of rushed decisions can save a business a significant amount of time, money, and operational stress.

Building fast is good.
Building carelessly is expensive.

A strong software team is not built only with developers.

It is built with people who understand both technology and business.

At HashBaze, we have the technical depth to handle complex software challenges. From SEs and SSEs to QA engineers, PMs, and DevOps specialists, our team works across the full software lifecycle to build reliable and scalable solutions.

But one thing experience has taught us is this: "Technology alone is not enough".

A feature may work technically, but does it solve the actual business problem?
A system may be scalable, but does it fit the company’s workflow and future goals?
A product may look complete, but does it create real value for users?

Over the years, by working with different clients and industries, our team has developed the ability to quickly understand the business side behind a project. This helps us communicate better, identify real requirements faster, and work with clients more smoothly and effectively.

We believe great software comes from combining strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of business needs.

Because in real-world projects, understanding the business is just as important as understanding the code.

There's a number your CFO doesn't know yet: Flexera's 2024 State of the Cloud report found that organizations waste an average of 28% of their cloud spend. If we leave EC2 instances running 24/7 at full size instead of right-sizing them with Auto Scaling Groups, we're essentially paying full rent for a house we only live in half the time.

A t3.large running idle in us-east-1 costs ~$1,200/year; multiply that by 50 forgotten instances and you've funded an entire engineer's salary for nothing. If we switch from on-demand pricing to Reserved Instances or Savings Plans for predictable baseline workloads, we immediately cut compute costs by 40–60%.

Spot Instances for non-critical batch jobs can push savings to 70–90% versus on-demand. The architectural shift is simple: stateless workloads on Spot, stateful services on Reserved, burstable demand on on-demand. Tagging every resource with team, environment, and cost-center isn't bureaucracy, it's the foundation of accountability.

Without tags, you're flying blind; with them, you can kill a team's cloud waste in a single weekly review. Cloud isn't expensive if you manage it right.

Many founders rush into development, thinking the idea is enough.
Before you start, a few things need clarity.

What exact problem are you solving?
Who will actually use this?
What is the smallest version that can prove the idea?

In many projects, delays don’t come from coding. They come from unclear requirements, changing expectations, and rework.
Changing direction later is expensive. Fixing it early is much easier.

Spending more time at the beginning to define the problem, users, and scope can save a lot of time, cost, and frustration later.

𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗕𝗮𝘇𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲.

Over the past few years, we have gained valuable experience working on projects with clients around the world, especially from 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮, 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Now, we have initiated another move to expand our services in the European region by incorporating our entity in Estonia. This allows European founders to work with us more seamlessly when they need our services.

With this, we hope to further 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 and serve European clients based on the experience we have gained from working with clients, especially those from Canada.

We took part in 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗫 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶, where we showcased 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗜, 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝟯, 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. But it wasn’t just about showing our work. We connected with founders, investors, and teams from around the world, building real international partnerships.

𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. For years, we have been working with clients from Canada, the USA, Australia, and several European countries.
