Introducing AMPRON SafeDay™ – Workplace Safety Counter

AMPRON SafeDay™ is a simple and reliable way to display the number of days without workplace incidents. The system combines industrial LED display technology with an easy-to-use control interface designed for real factory environments.

The display can be updated over WiFi through a clean software interface, while a physical reset button allows immediate action directly on the factory floor. When an incident occurs, the counter can be reset instantly without needing a computer or mobile device.

The system uses AMPRON communication protocol based on HTTP GET requests. One interesting engineering task was enabling a physical button to trigger a network request. The solution uses Teltonika RUT200 digital input to convert a button press into an HTTP GET command.

Press button → digital input changes state → router sends HTTP request → display updates.

This approach allows reliable interaction between physical controls and network-based display logic without additional PLC hardware or custom electronics.

Möödunud nädalavahetusel tegid tüdrukud ära kaks võitu finaalis ja esimene koht Eesti naiste jäähoki meistriliigas!
