Still running on EWS? Action is required now.

From now (October 2026), Microsoft may begin disabling EWS by default in Exchange Online tenants. If you’re still running OnTime on EWS and haven’t added OnTime to your allowed app IDs, you need to do this now for your OnTime to keep running smoothly.

Upgrade to OnTime for Microsoft 6.4.2 now!
This release brings a range of improvements across OnTime Desktop, admin, and the backend, with a focus on performance, reliability, and flexibility. This includes easier recurring event management, more flexible admin, improved performance and synchronisation, and support for SQL Server 2025.

Microsoft will begin disabling Exchange Web Services (EWS) by default for Exchange Online tenants from October 1, 2026, before permanently retiring EWS on April 1, 2027.

If your OnTime installation relies on EWS, you need to take action. Whether you choose to continue using EWS temporarily by adding OnTime to your EWS Allowed App IDs or transition to Microsoft Graph, we're here to help.

Room Display 3.0.5 is now available

A new Room Display version is now available for download. This version includes an updated application runtime, along with several improvements and bug fixes for both Domino and Exchange.

OnTime 6.4 for Microsoft is here, bringing full support for Microsoft Graph and introducing Share My Time!

As Microsoft prepares to retire Exchange Web Services (EWS), OnTime 6.4 marks a major milestone with full Microsoft Graph support, delivering enhanced security, scalability, and long-term compatibility with Microsoft 365. This release also introduces Share My Time, making it easy to share your availability with external users through a simple link.

If your Exchange Online environment still relies on EWS, you'll need to take action before September to ensure your OnTime environment continues to run as usual. Microsoft will soon begin disabling EWS by default. To help you prepare, we'll be hosting two webinars in August with step-by-step guidance. The dates will be announced later in July.
