Dueval extracts patterns in leadership behaviors and corporate culture from comprehensive survey data of the employees, using artificial intelligence, to support a valid and fair company valuation. To communicate the result of the A.I.’s analysis, we generate a management report, that translates the analysis to natural language as well as visualizations, to make the large and complicated data mean

ingful to decision makers. Dueval evaluates corporate culture via big data to give our customers a fuller and more precise picture a company’s corporate culture, and thereby supports minimizing risk in M&A.

We looking for a new Data scientist for our position as CTO in Dueval, who will join us in this amazing travel we have begun.

In Dueval we do corporate culture due diligence in M&A with machine learning and we have found the correlations between corporate culture and Return On Equity.

We are at the brink of receiving our first investment (breakeven)

You must be proficient in machine learning and have great analytical and communication skills.

For you data is not the end-goal but a mean to meet the strategic and financial goals of the company.

Candidate can be working remote but must be in CET Zone +/- 1 Hour.

Fluent in english and team player is a must :)
