Few days ago, and joined Vitam Partnership Day to talk about exactly that. From reducing food waste to using AI for better decisions and designing dining experiences that feel personal, not generic.

Congratulations to our colleague Bianka Illéšová on completing and handing in her thesis! 📚🌟

In her thesis, Bianka created platform called Kanpla Academy. You will enter a learning environment consisting of Kanpla tutorials, videos and quizzes and learn everything you need to know to be onboarded successfully. We are confident that the ideas and thoughts going into the project will come in valuable in the future.

Let's take a moment to celebrate Bianka's achievement and acknowledge the hard work💪, late-night snack runs🍪, and countless brainpower sessions 🧠 she put into her accomplishment. 🎓 All the while keeping up with the side design tasks from her colleagues? Impressive work, we’d have to say.

Kanpla is now live in Norway! 🇳🇴 💃🏼🕺

We are exceptionally happy these days. From starting as a school project to implementing our our vision in Norway is incredible, and we wouldn’t have made it, if it wasn’t for our amazing team and of course our partners.🤝

We've been working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly for our new Norwegian users. We will kick-off our Norwegian adventure with Dugurd kantiner where they start out with mobile lunch registration and guest lunch tickets. The menus will be accessible online along with allergen information.🥦🧑‍🍳

So if you're in Norway, please give Kanpla a try! And if you're not in Norway, don't worry - we're coming for you! 😉🚀

🔔TECH TEAM UPGRADE ALERT🔔

Great news! Our tech team recently attended the "React Rendering Masterclass" in Aarhus, led by Morten Barklund. Morten is a React expert and has written several books on the subject. 🚀

During the course, we learned about memoization, callbacks, and other React hooks, and evaluated their respective pros and cons. The best part? Our tech team is now even more skilled in React's rendering techniques, which means we can create more stable and performant solutions for our partners and users in the future. 💪

We extend a huge thank you to Morten Barklund and our tech team for completing this course. Let's continue to improve our skills and create amazing solutions! 🧑‍💻

Our team had an incredible experience talking about entrepreneurship and digitalization over the past few days. We have met many new and exciting people, and of course having Toppenberg by our side was so, so great! 🚀

Psst... New hire alert!🚨

We are pleased to introduce two new members of our growing team. Please join us in welcoming Emil Andersen and Frederik Hempel Jacobsen.🎉

Emil (left) will be joining our sales department and will help strengthen Kanpla's market position in Denmark. Emil finished his chef training with a gold medal in 2019 from Restaurant Mellemrum, Aarhus and his favorite meal is Bouillabaisse. Needless to say, we are all excited to try bouillabaisse (again)! 🧑‍🍳

Frederik is joining Kanpla as our Key Account Manager. You will meet Frederik in regards to onboarding and customer-related project management. Frederik is to be responsible for our portfolio of customers within the enterprise segment. Frederik's favorite food is a nice steak with a glass of red wine, and we couldn’t agree more.🍷🥩

Kanpla joins TechCrunch in the wake of us receiving a €2,200,000 (16M DKK) investment in November 2022 which is a crucial step towards our desire to expand Kanpla further into Europe 💶.
