Recently we had the pleasure of coming together for a wonderful Iftar 🌙, celebrating with colleagues and friends from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. We really enjoyed the exchange and the time spent together. Thanks to everyone who participated!

We're thrilled to showcase our collaboration with HUK-COBURG AUTOWELT—a shining example of innovation and digital transformation in the automotive sector. Achieving an ambitious goal in just 5 months, we've created a seamless digital mobility ecosystem, reducing your journey to the nearest workshop to under 5 minutes! 🚀

🔍 The Challenge: To create a completely new digital service experience without an existing development team and under tight time constraints.

💡 Our Solution: Agile development and a close, co-creation partnership not only led to a user-friendly platform but also empowered HUK-COBURG AUTOWELTs internal team. This helped to improve the skills and knowledge of the client team and ensured that they now can maintain and develop the platform independently.

The result? A vast network of 450 workshops and a platform that seamlessly connects customers with services, significantly increasing customer numbers.

We thank HUK-COBURG AUTOWELT for their trust and successful collaboration. Together we've demonstrated that ambitious goals are achievable with the right partner and innovative approaches. 💫

This wasn't just a facelift, this was a milestone: a new, multi-brand storefront for the brand "porta".

The project shows our commitment to enhancing and revolutionizing the online retail experience. Over more than two years, the fo**ar Agency team has worked closely with porta-Unternehmensgruppe to overhaul their previous online shop.

Truly not just a facelift. Behind the sleek design, the real magic happened in the content, infrastructure, and backend - all reimagined to align seamlessly with porta's business ambitions. Our approach was comprehensive: from concept to code, we empowered porta's team at every step, ensuring a smooth transition to a platform that's not only modern but also remarkably scalable.

Key to this transformation was the implementation of a MACH architecture, incorporating cutting-edge services like .search for search, .inc for content management, and for e-commerce capabilities. While choosing the tools the team always followed the slogan: "Best for porta". This transformation not only streamlined porta's online presence but also significantly slashed development and operational costs, enhancing its online presence to make it more adaptable, efficient, and future-proof.

Looking forward to the 10th of April, our team is excited to visit the team from porta-Unternehmensgruppe to celebrate this collaborative success in person. It wasn't just about delivering a storefront that could be used across various brands; it was about setting a new standard for what is possible in e-commerce.

And here it is! The award in the hands of the fo**ar team.

But this success is not just ours - we won the award thanks to the joint project with porta Möbel and their trust in us. We have been working hand in hand for more than two years on this project: a multi-brand store. Therefore we had to change the architecture to a MACH architecture. Wow, what a challenge! But by using technologies such as Algolia, Contentful, commercetools GmbH, DynamicYield, Akamai Technologies, Google Cloud and many other services, we were able to create a best-of-breed storefront while also sustainably reducing development and operating costs 🚀.

We presented this outstanding project with porta for the Germany Awards and won first place! porta's trust has enabled us to get this far. Our thanks and congratulations go therefore also to our client, special thanks go to Marvin Wild and Philipp Hoffschild 🙌

We have been working intensively on the go-live of the new store for the last two days, and completion is scheduled for today - another key milestone in our collaboration.

Every project has its new challenges, isn't it?
Let's share a story of one of the projects we started last year: without any documentation - a true test of our problem-solving and teamwork skills.

This surprise did arise during our onboarding process. The beginning of one of our new projects had a kicker—no documentation! 😅
But of course, our expertise lies in seeing unexpected events as a challenge, adapting to them, and in the end overcoming them. So what came next?

We rolled up our sleeves at fo**ar Agency with our project colleagues 🚀 and turned the tide with collaborative data science coding sessions. Imagine diving deep into the code with the genius behind it, unraveling mysteries, and understanding the brilliance of each class. 🧑‍💻✨
It wasn't just coding; it was a masterclass in teamwork and problem-solving.
