Icarus Week 243 is live on PC. Livewire on Olympus has received a major revamp, bringing one of Icarus’ earliest missions closer to the quality and flow of newer Operations.

The updated mission features a fresh structure, clearer guidance, new tactical challenges and stronger scene setting as part of the ongoing Olympus Operation Update.

This week also includes fixes for mission rewards not always unlocking correctly, prebuilt structure optimisations to reduce stuttering, Lava Hunter behaviour updates, recipe fixes, destructible Metal Grate Building Pieces and more.

Earlier this month we released the Sanitation Update for Stationeers.

This major update introduces a new sanitation survival need, a reworked medical system, programmable survival gear, expanded rocket functionality, and significant performance improvements for atmospherics, large bases and multiplayer servers.

It also includes unlimited-distance base rendering, new IC10 instructions, additional building options, quality of life improvements, and a long list of fixes across the game.

Icarus Week 241 is live on PC. The Single Barrel Launcher has arrived, introducing a new weapon archetype built for firing grenades, smoke bombs, flares and other throwables with greater range and control.

This Tier 2 launcher debuts alongside two new projectiles: the Crude Gr***de and Smoke Bomb. Both can be thrown by hand or loaded into the launcher for more precise use in the field.

We’ve also reverted the Steel Screw recipe change following community feedback, restoring the output from 10 back to 100 per Steel Ingot.

The update also includes pouch and bag weight fixes, food buff fixes for clients, and a fix for underground debuffs not being removed after using unstuck in caves.

RocketWerkz is making its gamescom debut in 2026, bringing five games to Cologne for the first time.

Find us in Hall 10.1, Stand A-044, where we’ll be showcasing Kitten Space Agency, Stationeers, Icarus, Art of the Rail and Torpedia.

Attendees will be able to play the first public demos of Art of the Rail and Torpedia, alongside hands-on builds of RocketWerkz favourites Icarus and Stationeers.

We’ll also be bringing Kitten Space Agency, our free spaceflight simulation game now past $200,000 in community contributions on Ahwoo, as development continues in public through pre-alpha builds.

🚀 CALLING ALL CREATIVE CADETS! 🐱✨

We’re looking for some custom patch designs for our Kitten Space Agency jumpsuits and thought we’d open it up to the community to see if anyone wanted to give it a crack.

If your art gets picked, we’ll get it turned into a proper embroidered or woven patch to go on one of our four KSA jumpsuits. We’ll be wearing these out and about to promote the game, so your design will get a fair bit of eyes on it from players, press, and space fans around the world.

Pretty keen to see what you come up with.
