𝟮𝟮 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝟭𝟬𝟯.𝟰 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Yesterday, we took part in the schnelleStelle Firmenlauf Braunschweig. On the 4.7-kilometer course, 22 colleagues gave it their all. They pushed each other to peak performance and experienced the special atmosphere of the company run.

In the end, it’s about more than just the time. The company run is an opportunity to be active together outside of our daily work routine and to strengthen our team spirit.

Once again this year, we were supported by the runners from the Mondo X Youth Counseling Center. We have been competing together for quite some time now 😊

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this evening such a wonderful shared experience.

Happy Swatantrata Diwas!

Independence Day is a major celebration in India, and one that is also important to our colleagues in Pune. The whole team celebrated in style, wearing traditional costumes and decorating their offices in the Indian national colours.

On 15 August, India celebrates its Independence Day. It commemorates the end of British rule in 1947 and the birth of the free state of India.

For Tim, AI doesn't start with algorithms. It starts with understanding the people who will use it.
That's what defines the way he works: listening first, asking the right questions, understanding processes, and turning complex challenges into intelligent automation and AI solutions that make a real difference.

What drives him? Curiosity, a passion for new technologies, and the challenge of finding practical solutions together with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, you'll most likely find Tim with a good book, fishing on the Rhine, or experimenting with his latest tech project. And if a smoke detector he programmed himself occasionally won't stop beeping? That's all part of the learning process.

It's this combination of curiosity, pragmatism, and team spirit that makes Tim such a valued member of the HyPlus Solutions team.

Last Friday, the HyPlus Lithuania team kicked off the summer with our annual Summer Party. ☀️

Great food, outdoor activities, and plenty of conversations made it the perfect opportunity to connect beyond day-to-day work. From football and volleyball to pedal boating, there was something for everyone.

Moments like these strengthen our team and remind us that a great workplace is built on shared experiences.

Can you learn something new about your colleagues through childhood cartoons and old photos? Absolutely.

At HyPlus Romania, we recently took a trip down memory lane.

Through a simple challenge, our team worked together to match childhood photos, favorite cartoons, movies and games in the right chronological order.

What started as a fun activity quickly became something more. People shared stories, compared memories and discovered unexpected things about one another. A big thank you to Diana Jurca for organizing this activity and creating such a warm and engaging team moment.

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built not only through projects and meetings, but also through genuine human connections. Because when people know each other beyond their job titles, collaboration becomes easier, trust grows stronger and culture becomes something you experience every day.

On June 11, 12 colleagues took part in the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻. After getting ready together, the starting signal marked the beginning of two laps around the Green Lake

The event was about much more than running. It was an opportunity to connect outside of day-to-day business, encourage one another and strengthen team spirit along the way.

Today, Ionuț spontaneously brought fresh “Palaneț” for the team—and made for a great start to the day.
